In case I can't make it to the IRC meeting...

Some ideas:

* Key Signing Party Like
=>http://cryptnet.net/fdp/crypto/keysigning_party/en/keysigning_party.html
They did it at FudconBoston2007 =>
https://barcamp.org/FudconBoston2007#GPGkeysigningFridaylateafternoon

* Maybe any talks should be taped? So they could be put on youtube and
goggle video.

* Need to discuss where (if at all) cameras can be used?

* For the “Install Fest” shouldn't people sign a waver? I'm sure that
Google (being a cash cow) does not want to deal with that.
Check out

Round table talks ( aka BOF or Birds of a Feather ) that I would like to
see:

* How to report a bug and follow it through:
- collecting information that a developer needs
- how figure out what application needs to be fixed
- following the issue until there is a fix, then giving feedback
Basically getting a bunch of programmers and users together to discuss
how to communicate problems.

* Local Groups, who's doing what
Basically a who's who. Simple get to know one another.
Could start out with what is a Ubuntu LoCo Team.
