[Theubucon] Full Steam Ahead

Hello there,

I apologize for taking so long to get this thing going. Travel and  
switching jobs put this on the back burner.

However, I'm happy to tell you that we're proceeding full steam  
ahead. What I'd like to do is get the ball rolling on what sort of  
topics should be under discussion. I have a short list of things from  
the mailing list, but I want to hear from those that have subscribed.

How much of an emphasis should be on developers?

In keeping with the Ubuntu principle of "Linux for Human Beings" I  
think a major part of the focus should be on building a better desktop.

And finally, an issue that hits close to home - I never could get my  
T42 laptop to suspend and wake up properly, so I'd like at least a  
couple of sessions on power management.

What do you guys think? I look forward to your feedback. Let's get  
some stuff on the wiki.
